91 is great. You will be fine :-)

I am applying!! Hoping that my clinical experience counts for something. (I've been a CNA for 5+ years: Peds ED @ Hopkins, Med/surg @ BWMC, PACU tech @ aamc and a medical assistant at patient first.) I'm not a very competitive applicant though. My TEAS was 70, GPA is 3.2 and science GPA is in the 2's I think. (B in AP 1, C in AP 2, C in Micro, C in Chem). But I'm hopeful I guess. I'm also applying to CCBC, AACC and NDMU. Good luck to everyone!

Hi! I`m interested in applying spring 2018. I have a 3.85 science GPA, and a 3.7 cumulative. I got a 79% on the TEAS but waiting for scores back for my retest. Will my application be competitive?

I have a 3.7 cummulative GPA, a 3.85 science gpa, and I got a 79% on the TEAS. Would my application be considered competitive?

Your stats are beyond awesome and your teas test isn't bad. But you seem like u have a guaranteed spot

My application changed to "Committee Ready" today.

Hi all! I'm applying as well and am very hopeful. I feel like i am a somewhat competitive applicant. I am applying as a Second Bachelor's student. I received my first bachelors in Exercise Science. My overall GPA is a 3.2 and my science GA/prereq GPA is only around a 3.0 I believe. I still need to take Micro which I'm doing this fall. I took the TEAS today and received a score of 85.3% and a ranking of Advanced. I'm not sure exactly where I stand if anyone has an idea? Good luck to everyone!!!!

YouR GPA is quite competitive but to be honest I would retake the TEAS if I were you to at least get in the 80's. I'm not sure what a competitive TEAS score is for UMSON but I know other places like to see at least an 80 :-/

Now that the application deadline is getting closer I'm getting more and more anxious í ½í¹ˆ My application says committee ready too! Does anyone who hasn't shared their stats want to so that we can get a feel for where we all stand? My GPA is a 3.9 Science GPA 4.0 TEAS 94%

Hi! I just submitted the last of my app materials the other day for Spring 2018 admission. I'm applying as a second-degree student. Had a 3.54 GPA from my university with degrees in French and Communications. I'm still taking three pre-req courses now, but got a 4.0 for the summer with psych, nutrition, and A&P 1. Leadership experience, service experience, internship/professional experience, and an 85.3% on the TEAS. And now, the dreaded wait to receive application decisions :nailbiting:

Hi everyone! Just turned in my final documents today and my application to the Baltimore campus is complete and ready to go! Overall stats: graduated from UMCP with a degree in genetics, 3.52 overall GPA. 4.0 in the required prerequisites. Still in A&P2 but that's the only class I have left to complete. Got a 90% on my TEAS. Crossing my fingers!!

Anyone have a general idea of how long it takes them to make a decision?

Best of luck to everyone!
