Yeah I bought whatever they have posted on Amazon. Anything that Professor Lerner (317) emailed and said we need for other semesters i bought, the rest (for the most part) I rented. Everything is literally a fraction of the price on Amazon. Also, I didnt buy the books for research cuz I have a friend in 2nd semester that says she never used them.

Silly question but can someone post the number that you got a call from? I missed a call the other day and my voicemail doesn't work. Now I'm wondering if it was UMSON looking to verify and I'm scared that if I don't get back to them they'll toss my app

Cool! So maybe we'll end up in school together! Seriously, what are you gonna do if you get into both UMSON and TU? UMSON requires less Gen Ed courses...that may be my decision point :-/

Hey! I also applied. GPA:3.9 Science GPA:4.0 TEAS: 94. Ive been checking my mailbox like 2x a day for this letter! This time last year (judging from reading past forums) they already had answers out. But I applied to UMSON too and I know I wont be hearing from them for at least another month. Question: why did yall choose to apply to Towson for nursing school? if you applied elsewhere, where? and if you get accepted to more than 1 place where would you pick and why? Im being really optimistic and worrying abt the choice I'll have to make if i get accepted to both umson and towson...

Hey! I applied to Baltimore campus. I have a 3.9 GPA and 4.0 Science amd 94% on the TEAS. Im taking Gen Chem and algebra in the fall. Good luck with Micro! I loved it

Now that the application deadline is getting closer I'm getting more and more anxious í ½í¹ˆ My application says committee ready too! Does anyone who hasn't shared their stats want to so that we can get a feel for where we all stand? My GPA is a 3.9 Science GPA 4.0 TEAS 94%

YouR GPA is quite competitive but to be honest I would retake the TEAS if I were you to at least get in the 80's. I'm not sure what a competitive TEAS score is for UMSON but I know other places like to see at least an 80 :-/

Hey! So I know its early but who else is applying?

I just finished submitting my applications to UMSON today. I know that it is early but my life is very busy with 3 kids and school so I wanted to just get it done. I have an excellent GPA and great TEAS score, but I have like zero experience in the medical field. I never volunteered in a hospital or had an internship or anything. The resume that I sent in with my application looked more like a work resume. I have volunteer experience besides for medical experience but every post that I am seeing with people excepted to UMSON seems to stress volunteer experience or experience in the medical field. Do I stand a chance? Im totally panicking now and have such a long wait!
