UMMC Application Status

I applied for a position at UMMC a little while ago and I just checked the application status today and it said: In Interview Process. I didn't get any emails or calls from them. What does that mean?

Wow they have good turn around time! Hope you get it! I interviewed at Maryland today too. Fingers crossed we're all in the same cohort lol

Sorry about that. :-( Is it possible you can go to the interview in the OR and ST and possibly work there for 6 months and then do an internal transfer?

Just saw this. I would definitely do STC for a year or more. It's like a second goal of mine and then do peds down the road.

So I had the interview in Geropsych today and it went VERY well. The manager told me that I would make a good fit. He said he would get in contact with me before the day is over so I hope it's good news!

I just had an interview with the manager.

I actually didn't get the position. They hired someone with years of psych experience. It's alright though. Next week I have an interview at Hopkins and St. Agnes. I am just crossing my fingers for those. I was so disappointed when I found out I didn't get the position but I guess I'll do a year on another unit and transfer to a mental health unit.

I'm so sorry that you didn't get the job. I really hope the interviews at Hopkins and St. Agnes go well. Something will come! Stay positive and hopeful. I went through so many ups and downs these past few months but something will come along!
