UMDNJ Accelerated BSN Stratford Summer 2010?

Anyone heard back from either the Newark or Stratford campus regarding their application for Summer 2010?

I'm doing my best to get a decision from the admission people ASAP so I don't have to reserve a seat for Drexel or TJ for the fall, which is 500$. Anyone have any idea how long it takes for them to respond?

What is this TEAS test that you guys are talking about? I haven't heard anything about it.

And we should def. make a facebook group, so we can at least make some connections before classes start!

Klan628- congrats on getting in. The TEAS test is basically an exam to test your math and science skills. Take a look at some of the earlier posts. Once you send in your deposit, they will send all that info to you but hurry bc the last day to take it is April 8th.

TEAS= Test of Essential Academic Skills. You'll get information about it in your application packet. I believe the last test date is April 8th.

Anyone buy the med terminology book, or read it?

I ordered my book and it hasn't arrived yet.

These 15 months are going to be extremely difficult financially. I am hoping to borrow extra from financial aid to cover living expenses. My new found hobby is "couponing" so that will help with groceries. It's really extreme though.

I was thinking about the Ipod touch as well. Which capacity is everyone getting and or have? I was thinking about the 8gb, you can get a new 3rd gen for about $175 or I could get a 16gb 2nd gen refurbished for $200. Any opinions on whats best?

I GOT IN!!! Thank goodness after all that application mess. It still doesn't quite end my frenzy, considering that my current semester is supposed to end May 11, and UMDNJ starts May 3. But hey, at least now I know!

Congrats.. If you speak to your professors, I am sure that they will work with you. Mine are working with me. But of course you have to bump exams and projects up a few weeks. Tough but you can do it!
