Ok guys, this is the new thread for everyone who is applying to the UMB FALL 2010, BSN or CNL Program . Good luck to all.

Has everyone's status gone: Complete Ready for Review?

ok great, thanks for the info. has anyone else gotten status updates yet? now that one of us has gotten one i am totally driving myself crazy. i suppose at this point no news is good news though. i think fizz your status may have been committee ready like a week before mine maybe.... so if they are going in some kind of order maybe i will get an update next week. :confused:

has anyone heard from CNL program about being accepted??? i applied last semester and it took more than 3 weeks to hear from them after the original date. im super nervous!!

No, I haven't heard any thing yet. I am beyond the point of anxiousness, borderline hysterical now. I am excited that some people have gotten great news. I wonder if they are notifying BSN applicants before CNLs? Hopefully we ALL will hear something within the next week or so. Good luck.

omg i am so nervous.. my toefl score has not been received by the university.. so my application is incomplete.. does that mean i cannot be accepted for next semester?

I would guess that it depends on which group has the most applications to process and review. While it is intuitive to think that the more applicants, the more competitive the program is, that is not necessarily true. It is all about the quality of the applicants for that particular program. Nobody will have complete understanding of that until the process is all over. Before then, it is unknowable for any one person. Wish I could tell you more, but really, nobody can. I wish you all well and hope that all decisions will be made sooner than anticipated.

Hello all,

I just talked to my friend who applied for the BSN program and her status changed to "provisional admit" last Thursday. The only other thing I can think of is that her last name starts with the letter D, so if they are going in alphabetical order that explains why she already has a decision.

I am really nervous because my CNL application has still not changed to "committee ready", it still says "complete ready for review." Does the CNL application ever change to "committee ready" before being admitted? Or does the "committee ready" status only apply to the BSN program?

Perhaps I should call them tomorrow just to double check that everything is in order...

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
