I just received a letter today saying that I was placed on the waiting list. Does anyone have any more details about how this works? I hope it moves along fast.

I checked my mail expecting a letter about the waitlist but got nothing. Still no word from them. Did anyone else hear anything?

Hi everyone!

Congrats on all your acceptances and waitlists (keep those fingers crossed!). I interviewed on February 12th and am waiting to hear back! They said about 1-2weeks, so it could be any time now! I'm really nervous as this is my top choice. I applied FNP but during the interview my interviewer was very blunt and said FNP fills up very quickly and is the most competitive/popular of the tracks... and then she asked if I would consider the Adult/Geron Primary Care track (which makes me think I have a good chance at being accepted!). Rolling admission can be a killer! I was also just accepted to MGH FNP but it is very expensive... so I'm really hoping for UMass (for a lot of reasons!). I also Skyped for my interview as I'm currently living abroad. Not sure if this would change whether I receive a phone call or email with the decision... anyone have any experience with this?

Yes I did get accepted to acute care track. I applied Nov 1 and found out about the decision two weeks before xmas. Hope you found out soon and we are in the track together! Best of luck :)

I just got the call that I have been accepted!!! This is def my first choice!! I am on cloud nine right now. Once again, thank you everyone for the interview feedback!

I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what happens on orientation day over the summer. I was told that you create an email and talk to other students and professors but what else happens that day? Also, do we get to pick our own schedules or are they pre-assigned to us?

We have 15 days after whenever our letter of acceptance is dated.

I just received my waitlist letter for the FNP track and wanted to know if anyone had a sense of when they might notify us of any progress.

I was waitlisted earlier last month and was notified that I got off the waitlist last week! They said the waitlist move fast because accepted students have 15 days to respond.
