Hi,
I applied in September for the GEP/FNP program I wanted to know if anyone got an interview yet?
Hi reirogue,
Just as an FYI, the program is 4 years and unfortunately can't be done any faster. However, tuition for the entire 4 years is about 132k, with the first year being a huge chunk of that. If you're looking to take out loans for living expenses, of course you'll end up with more in loans than tuition costs.
Hope this helps!
Does anyone know the total cost for the full three years? I've found all the different tuition pages but they are super confusing and when I called they quoted me at 132k but that is just not adding up. Does anyone have any other info? Thanks!

It still seems a lot less expensive than other MSN and/or dnp programs, right? And fortunately they require you to work as an RN a few hours a week after your first year, which may help with paying off student debt (NPToBe537 and rcwalsh, correct me if I'm wrong there!)
NPToBe537 and rcwalsh - Do you know if students find themselves in tuition/loan repayment programs after graduation (e.g., service corps, etc)?
You become an RN at the end of year 1, and ultimately earn an MSN and DNP.
To rcwalsh and/or NPToBe527... would you be able to tell me if the start pay for the RN jobs you obtained for the program are in the $20-25, $25-30, or $30-35/hr range? I just would like to be able to budget well for the first year since I won't be working and getting an idea about the start range would be helpful in figuring out if I need to take out any add'tl loans the second year. Thank you!!

Question for current students-
I know the program is overall very intensive, could you elaborate on that? I am thinking of keeping a per diem position to pick up shifts once in a while. Are weekends spent mostly studying, etc? Does the workload/intensity lighten a bit after the RN portion is complete? Is there the option to attend class part time afterwards?
Sorry to bombard you with questions, but any answers are appreciated! Thanks so much in advance!
