UMass Boston Accelerated BSN 2014

Published

Hi,

Didn't see a thread made for this program. Still waiting on any sort of notification from them about decisions. Anyone been in contact with admissions? This is my #1 school, still waiting on Northeastern, and I got waitlisted at MGH. Still have to apply to UMass Amherst and Curry.

My status has just changed as well. This is probably a silly question, but as this is my first experience applying to UMB, I was wondering if anyone can comment on how many students the program usually accepts, or how difficult in general it is to get accepted. I guess we will be finding out in approximately two weeks. Best of luck to everyone!

When I went to the information session, the number was around 30 I believe for anywhere over 150-200 applicants.

Some said the acceptance rate was 10%, which shocked me..... Initially I probably got wrong impression that umass is not that hard to get in

I just got my letter today, and I got in! Good luck to everyone else :)

Congratulations stellakc! Best wishes!!

I got in as well!! So excited!! See you at orientation in May! :) Best of luck to all applicants!

I got accepted too, the letter was dated Jan 30, but the waiting is worthy now, haha! Look forward seeing you guys!!

Another acceptance letter over here! Such a relief to finally know :) The letter came on Saturday, I'm not sure when it was dated. Good luck to everyone else who might still be waiting!

Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted!! I am curious to know if you are all Massachusetts residents. I live in another state, and have yet to receive my letter.

I am a Massachusetts resident, yes. I live practically 10 minutes from campus, too, so maybe that's why I was one of the first!

I look forward to meeting all of you! I will make a Facebook group soon so we can have a place to chat outside of this forum.

I'm also a MA resident
