Hi all,

I saw a topic for people that applied last year, but wanted to start a new one for everyone applying this year. Still a long time until the application deadline, but I have some questions I hope others might be able to answer:

1. Has anyone that's applied before sent extra rec letters? I think they said something about this during my info session, but I can't remember. I don't want to just make them think I wasn't paying attention to the requirements.

2. Does anyone know the translation service they said to use for non-English transcripts?

Thanks! All the info sessions are filled up, or I'd just go to another one!

Oh my.... I just check my status, and it changed that" a decision was made..."!!!!! This mean I can get the letter like you guys?!!

I live in CA and I also received my letter of acceptance via postal service (snail mail)! It came in a big white envelope. My status changed around mid-February to late February. I was also not interviewed. Good luck to everyone! I hope you all hear soon as well.

my status changed just today, late afternoon. When I checked it in the morning, it did not change.

Yes, my status changed to "A decision has been made regarding your application. You will receive formal notice in the mail within 14 business days. Thank you for your interest in attending the University of Massachusetts Boston." My letter was dated "March 04, 2013".

I also received an acceptance letter yesterday! My status changed online about a week and a half ago. It sounds like they didn't do interviews this year? I had written them off since I never heard from them about an interview. I'm excited, but very surprised!
