Hi guys!
I'm currently completing my undergrad+prereqs to apply in the next year to UM's ABSN program for the Spring 2019 session (Apps due next august). I know it's a very premature thread but I thought there might be other applicants for the Spring 2019 session who are already freaking out about apps like me. If any students who were accepted for previous threads could share their experience, tips, or stats here that would be incredibly helpful.
We got this.
Honestly I don't know what's worse: thinking that not hearing anything yet means a flat out rejection OR that we're in the pile of people they'll look at when they need to fill the last spots at the very last minute? They definitely did that to people in the summer term and it looked like some of those guys had to scramble to find apartments within weeks of classes starting. Talk about stressful!!
Nothing yet but I've honestly not been checking as much because I had everything verified by February 11th and haven't heard anything yet and some people who submitted everything at the end of May have been accepted so I'm feeling super discouraged. If it's rolling decisions I should have 100% heard something already...

I couldn't agree with you more. Though I submitted my application a little later than you, I have not heard anything. I contacted another admissions representative that essentially repeated what others have said. Nothing is missing from the application but a decision has not been made. What she did say though was "Decision should be released very soon"..... Not sure what "very soon" means in terms of actual days, but I'm feeling pretty hopeless.
@Melrosewood mine still says incomplete. Honestly my overall GPA was nothing to write home about (3.2) but my pre req gpa was close to a 3.7. This was the only school I've applied too for the spring 2019 term. I honesty think it's coming down to my experience level not being up to par. I only worked in healthcare for a year and that was 3 years ago. The only active healthcare work I do now is volunteer for my towns ambulance corps as an Aider.

I got accepted as well!! I applied on March 16th. I just got an email from an admissions service representative with my acceptance letter as an attachment.
I also could not find the facebook page. Do I have to be your friend to find it?
