Ultrascope or Littman?

I just got accepted into the PN program in January. I'm deciding between an Ultrascope and a Littman Cardiology III. I love the Ultrascopes....so cute and different. But is it a good ssope? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I know this post is old, but the instructions say if the environment is noisy, hold entire palm over the head of the scope and apply pressure. It works for me because sometimes the office I work in is very noisy and all I have to do is hold my palm over the head and all the outside noise is gone. I love it.

i personally love love love my maxiscope from ultrascope. the difference is you dont get the colorful end piece just solid colors. the price is great about $37.00. you can hear really well even in a room when a patient insist on having their t.v. up loud. i will ususally ask them to turn it down. even so it is still hard to hear with the other stethoscopes i've used. below is a link to check them out.
