Hi everyone! Here's the new group chat for all prospective students interested in applying for the Fall 2023 UH Manoa GEPN program. Anyone wanting to chat about their questions, concerns, personal backgrounds, work/life experiences, or just anything really, are more than welcome to upload it in the chat box. Good luck to all applicants and aspiring nurses!

Anyone else hear back? I still haven't received anything.

And ?

Thanks guys!! I didn't think I would get In because my undergrad GPA isn't the highest. I'm getting my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, my overall GPA right now is a 3.2. I have A's & B's in my prerequisites. I've been a CNA for a few years and now I work at a children's hospital on a Cardio Unit in Los Angeles. I'm from California as well.

Congratulations!!

I just got an email……

For those who are accepted, do you mind sharing your stats?

I have a BA in public healthcare admin , I work as a er tech and paramedic in hawaii been a er tech for about 11 years and EMT for 12 years. Freshly paramedic not even a year in but now quitting Bec of NP school. My GPA is 3.5 overall. I got all A's on Prereqs

I am part Hawaiian, born and raised on Oahu. I also have a BA in public healthcare, graduated with a 3.8 GPA for both. I actually retook many of the prerequisites over the years as I initially started off going into nursing and then changed to health admin.

I have no work experience in healthcare and currently work as a Secretary.

Check your emails ♥️ I got my acceptance today.

Are you guys getting accepted into the DNP-FNP track or is the 50 accepted students a combination of different tracks?

I applied for the DNP TRACK
