UFV September 2016 Applicants

Hey everyone!

I don't think there is a September 2016 page yet so I thought I would make one. :) What grades and how many hours are you all applying with? I need people to wait nervously with me. ;)

Thanks LindseyT! Your right it could be the same. My GPA was 86%.

A girl on the TRU form just got in with a GPA of 81% so don't lose hope yet! :)

For those of you that applied to TRU as well, i called them today and they said that they are sending out acceptance letters all month long so don't be discouraged if you haven't gotten one yet! :)

Hi I got accepted into tru and I am waiting for ufv's decision. I'm planning to pay $500 because we get a refund of 200$ if we decide not to go there. So it's really only 300

Guys I have been trying to apply for nursing at kwatlen for September intake but it doesn't let me and says taht the program is going under revisions. Did anyone else apply at kwatlen? How should I apply here v

You have to wait until applications open. They aren't accepting them yet- I've been waiting since January! They for sure are still having a fall entry so just check back often.

I was advised to apply to a different program and then do a program change form- but it doesn't matter...either way you still need to wait for the applications to open.

So does that mean Kwantlen is going to quickly accept some people for the fall intake because it's already so late? Or on a first come basis? I applied to TRU and got so sad when I thought j wasn't accepted, I'm glad you guys found out that they are still sending out letters this month. I still have a chance to get in!

I doubt they will be on a first come first serve basis. KPU only requires your transcript for your application so if they only have to sort though transcripts, I would assume the selection process will be quite quick. My guess is that there will be a small application time window and they will pick the strongest applicants. Hopefully they open soon though, I'm scared of missing the application window!

Also! Does anyone happen to know when interviews are finished at UFV? I know we can expect a decision before the 13th of May but I can't help but hope it comes faster! Waiting is actually driving me crazy...

Had my interview today! Now the wait starts. Exactly a month from today everyone will know if they got in or not! Good luck to everyone. :)
