I am starting a thread for UFV, Sept 2013 applicants (thus the title)

I am a Jan 2013 reject and hoping for a spot in the fall. Is anyone here a repeat applicant?

Yes, my status did say for Fast-Track. I believe in the interview she said this year they were trying something new and having students decide before Sept if they wanted to do the 3 yr or 4 yr instead of at the end of the semester. Maybe once students are in the program it can be quite intense and by the end of semester students are choosing the 4 yrs instead of 3 yrs. That may be why they are having students decide before. Just a guess. Congrats to those who got in! And again, for those who are still waiting my thoughts are with all of you and I'm holding out hope for you: if it's not this intake it will be for Jan!

My status was also changed to "conditionally accepted" this morning! It also is for the 3 yr fast track. So excited!

Congrats everyone who found out they were accepted today! :) Who would have thought that it was the difference between the 3/4yr program choice that seems to have made the difference in the order of changing people's statuses - lol!

Anyway, should be exciting when everybody meets each other in Sept!

Has anyone else received their acceptance letter in the mail yet because if they don't come today, I'm don't think we'll receive them by the 20th, (which is a holiday), like they said.

Nope I haven't received mine yet, but I'm in the interior for the weekend, so can't check now til Tuesday. So let me know if you guys hear anything. I'll do the Facebook group as soon as I get home, unless anyone's in a rush and wants to do it!

Ok I had some downtime! I made the Facebook group. I can't add links on here, so search for "UFV BSN 2013 Intake". I've made it a closed group, but if there are any issues finding it or joining, let me know and I'll change it!

I've also been accepted into the 3 Year fast track :) so excited ! Can't wait to meet everyone in September
