Starting a thread for those applying to the BSN to DNP program at UF for Fall 2017!
I have my BS in Psychology from UF, and will be finishing up my RN to BSN at UF in August. Currently, I have a little over 1 year of experience as a Critical Care nurse.
I'll be applying for the Psychiatric-Mental Health track. :)
Does anyone know if they happen to accept GRE scores that are over 5 years old? I know the scores typically expire after that time. I took it 6 years ago and got a pretty decent score, so I would LOVE to not have to study for it again!
Looking forward to everyone's responses!!!! :)

My plan was to apply for Fall 2017 Acute Care NP. I just did the GRE for the first time ever and did not meet the Quantitative minimum. I plan on calling on Monday, to see if it's even worth my time applying now... So bummed!
Hope you get in!
I definitely think it is still worth applying. I spoke with someone in admissions and she does recommend meeting the minimum requirements, just to make your application most attractive, however she did not say that they wouldn't consider people who don't meet the minimum. I have also read some other posts that people have been accepted with less than the minimum GRE scores. I am just waiting for the Nursing CAS to finalize my transcripts, it's taking forever, and I want to them to get them to UF by March 1st for the priority deadline.

I've applied, too! Anyone know when they'll let us know their decision? Yeah, I'm impatient.

My advisor told me today that we should hear about admissions in April.

I also got accepted to BSN-DNP PMHNP program part time! Does anyone know the cost of the program. I am trying to decide between this program and FIUs and financials play apart in the decision.
I am also wondering if anyone knows about how clinicals work. Does UF set them up for us or are we responsible to set them up
