Hey everybody! Anyone applying for the above mentioned program? I haven't had luck finding any threads, in regard to this, for that specific year. I would like to find people who are so we can keep in touch through this process.
Alright guys, I received an email back from our advisor and it is as we all suspected. He said that they have released admission decisions to a select number of applicants and all those seats are currently accounted for based upon the number of available seats within the program. As of now, they are pending final confirmation of each students’ acceptance.
He also said should seats become available, they may contact those applicants who have not yet received a notification of their status to fill those available seats. Once they’ve confirmed their acceptance of the available seats, then they will release final decisions to all applicants that are still waiting to receive an update.
I’m so sorry guys, but there is still some hope, especially if some students declined their acceptance, but I’ve made my peace with it and I hope you all find yours. Take good care and good luck. ???

At this point and my experience through this, I am going to sign a lease for my other college I was accepted to, and will be continuing my education at the University of Miami. Good luck to everyone else, I hope we do get answers and although this was ultimately my first choice, the experience and treatment that I have received as a result of this makes me want to not attend.
I'm with you a 100% on the feelings I have about this program, and how we all have been treated. I will certainly write to the dean and to the Associate Dean For Student Affairs to share my experience about this.

Good question. I have no clue, I was not accepted, you should email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME).

If this is the case, maybe they're waiting to see what their numbers are and offer more spots to other people, which is why there haven't been any denials yet (that anyone has heard of).
I agree though, having to wait while other people already have a decision is unprofessional. They should at least let us know of their plans or if they faced an issue, we're all soon to be nurses... you'd think they'd know we're pretty understanding people. I really wish I could at least know whats going on, its being left in the dark that is making me most frustrated with the situation.
-- sorry to everyone on here who already got accepted and is hearing our rants. Celebrate getting in! This is just very frustrating for those who have heard nothing ? --
Something makes me think those that accepted are not on this chat anymore))) hahahahah)) Totally agree with you on all you said, we deserve to know. And I will rather be denied officially, and later on, may or may not get an offer, but at least I know where I stand.
If I do receive an acceptance, I will not be taking it. Not because of the experience, but because I was on the fence about whether or not to take it anyway. I've already started the process to begin a registered dietitian program at the University of New England. Good luck to you all! I hope that some seats open up for you.

Best of luck in your masters program. I know you’ll become a wonderful Dietitian one day. Praying for your success and thank you for being supportive in this discussion forum, take care. ??
So this is my last bit of time, that I dedicated to this situation.
I want to make sure ladies you know that we all are awesome, and this situation is not about denial, it is about being treated the same and with basic human decency. This was not the case.
Please never fear to speak up when unfairness happens, don't be silent. We have to advocate for ourselves, and for our patients in the future. I'm a future midwife and my voice has always been strong and I will continue using it, whenever I feel is needed.
Good luck to everyone!
