UF accelerated BSN 2021

Hey everybody! Anyone applying for the above mentioned program? I haven't had luck finding any threads, in regard to this, for that specific year. I would like to find people who are so we can keep in touch through this process.

Some of us have finished our Peds/Ob rotations (the class is combined), we had 3 days in Peds and 3 days in OB. Gainesville does theirs all at UF Health/Shands and Jax does their Peds at Wolfson's and OB at UF Health. We got rotated through L&D, newborn nursery, postpartum, triage, and OR for OB, and Peds ED, PICU, and Medsurg for Peds. I believe we will possible get to do a NICU day during our Critical Care rotations next semester.

Awesome!! I actually have an interview at wolfsons in a few weeks and I’m excited to work there, I love kids

Not sure if those of you who didn’t receive a notification yesterday have yet, but I just wanted to put it out there that my acceptance email was delivered to my JUNK Folder! And when I got home and checked my status it hadn’t changed.

Soooo for the rest of us that haven’t heard back .. do you think that’s a no or do we think they will continue sending out emails?

I mean me personally I feel like if we haven't heard anything back yet its a no. I'm holding on to a little bit of faith but I feel like since no one has gotten denied thats probably the batch of emails that didn't get sent out. 

For me its just extremely frustrating. All of the decisions should have been released at once. It's not fair for people to wait a whole day just to hear anything back.

I don’t think that’s the case only because it doesn’t seem like enough people have gotten accepted to either campus. I definitely think something happened but I’m not sure what

Out of curiosity - for those that selected “no preference” like I did, did any of you get Gainesville? 
And if so, did anyone actually prefer Jax?

Agreed, it seems like a lot of people on here are still waiting for answers.
