Hey all!

I graduate with my BSN in April 2018.

I was just curious if anyone has any information about the 2018 Nurse Residency Program at University of California at San Francisco Medical Center? Are they even having residencies in 2018? Anyone know about their timeline and cohorts in previous years?

Although their website says to search for "RN Residency Program" as the keywords, this search pulls nothing up for me.

Any information is appreciated!

Read on FB group that someone has an interview with M/S ICU next week... don't know if that means they're done selecting candidates to interview

I got a call to interview on Friday but haven't received a confirmation email yet. Has anyone received an email confirmation as of yet?

I received a call on Wednesday then got my confirmation email on Thursday. The person scheduling it said she had to get everyone else's (for that unit) time slots confirmed before she sends out a confirmation email.

Has anybody gotten reference checks? I interviewed Thursday and they requested reference checks Friday morning

I got a call to interview for the Neuro PCU on Thursday. Any example of interview questions from those who have interviewed on other floors?

They asked pretty basic questions! like why nursing, why UCSF. And mostly behavioral questions (tell me about a time when....")

Have people gotten letters of rejection?

I haven't heard back at all and am just wondering if no news is still good news at this point...

I know people are still getting interviews! Yesterday my bf got a callback from a cardiac unit so dont lose hope yet! For pediatric position i know some people already got call backs for pediatric medsurge units.. but interviews are held in july so hopefully they arent done calling yet!
