UCSF New Grad Program 2023 Questions

Hello all, 

I am at the last semester of the ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. I'm expecting to graduate in early Jan and plan to take the NCLEX early Feb and no later than late Feb. I would like to know the timeline for applying to UCSF's nursing new grad Spring program 2023. Any past experiences with UCSF to share will be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone heard from the Adult departments about the second interview? I know someone on here said they had a second interview with adult medicine. Has anyone had a second interview scheduled with adult ICU, Stepdown, or ED?

I know two who have interviews with adult oncology this week

Mine was just in a general med-surg unit, not even at UCSF.

Thank you ?! Yes over Zoom. I would say that having another candidate there is not the worst because they alternated asking us each question and when I answered second I had a bit more time to think about my response!

Did they give you the same clinical-based scenarios too?  That seems like it would be awkward

I know someone that was contact by Surgical today.. nothing for PACU.  Was that even an option when we applied? Or would you get called if you applied to ICU?
