Has anyone heard anything about when the applications will be out for UCSF's new grad nurse residency for Fall 2020? Do the applications for the children's hospital and main adult hospital come out at the same time?
Does anyone know which units will or won't be hiring?
Is there a limit to how many units we can apply to? Does it look bad if we apply to multiple units?
I saw this was posted yesterday.

what did talent acquisition send you?
My computer freaked out so I couldnt add the screenshot but heres the text
"Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with UCSF Medical Center. At this point in time, we are still planning on running a nurse training program in the fall, but the application period has been delayed. We do not have any further information regarding units that will participate or required qualifications.
We recommend that you access our career website, http://jobs.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/ and create an account and a search with “New Nurse (RN) Residency Training Program” as your key words. You may save this search so that when we open the program positions on the website, you will receive a direct notification and will then be able to apply. The search you create will remain active for six months.
Thank you,

Talent Acquisition Coordinator"

Was this sent before the chancellor announcement or after the announcement? Does this mean this program will still be available in the fall?
Hi Everyone,
I just came across this group. On April 4th I came across a post on LinkedIn from a Neonatal Critical Care RN at UCSF. It read:
"Hi Recent Graduates,
I heard yesterday that the UCSF New Graduate RN program application will open the week of April 12. It is open for one full week and then the application closes and you aren't able to apply afterwards, so be sure to have your resumes, cover letter, certifications, and LORs ready to go. You do not need to have an RN license to apply/interview but need to have it by the time the program starts in October. Both the adult and children's hospitals are hiring. Best of Luck!!"

I thought they postponed it first and then came out with a hiring freeze? Wouldnt the week of April 12 be when it came out last year?
