Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs

Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?

According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.

Let the commiserating begin~

I want to say that it is basically ours! unless our references talk bad!

mine is adult surgical: adult acute care at mt. zion

Same here! My reference request was from Adult Acute care Mt. Although I just had my last interview with Hem/Oncology this afternoon.

I wanna think that. But I had a situation at UCDMC where I was asked for references and then wasn't hired ?. I'm hoping the situation is different this time but I don't want to get my hopes up like last time

Just wanted to also add that this happened to another friend of mine at UCDMC, so I'm not sure if it's just UCDMC I particular

interesting... did you get a rejection from UCDMC after references? or just silence, because they got back to me with an offer 2 weeks later (actually today).

Anyone heard back from 10CVT or 6CVT requesting references?

Congrats on the offer! But it was a rejection about 2 weeks later after references were sent

WOW I didn't know that was possible, I am sorry to hear! thank you for adding some perspective. I think I'll see if I can move forward with other offers in that case.

To my knowledge they haven’t had individual unit interviews yet

In ---------------------’s email it said the next step would be requesting references!

Hey all! I received an offer for adult ambulatory on Tuesday and accepted! They asked for my references last Thursday (not sure if they asked everyone in the final round). Good luck to everyone still interviewing, you got this! Looking forward to meeting the cohort ?

Congrats on the offer! Do you mind me asking if they offered the position through a phone call or email?

Oh yes I see now. I haven’t heard anything. They been pretty notorious for sending stuff out late

It was over the phone! But it sounds like every unit is doing it differently.
