Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs

Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?

According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.

Let the commiserating begin~

@RN1246 Its my first interview for the Pediatric critical care track. I am not sure why the neonatal ICU unit called me specifically. The zoom email came from the Intensive care Nursery for interview with the Intensive care nursery managers.

Oh wow.. good luck!! You got this ??

hey guys, I was just wondering if candidates are only being interviewed by one track. Has anyone been interviewed by more than 1?

Someone said they were invited to interview with two different tracks but they're the only person I heard that from

Did the OR interview include patient-based scenario questions? I’m so anxious

I had an adult-surgical interview today. A few hours after my interview, they called me for another interview next week ?

congratulations! I'm curious if the Nursing Director for Hem/Onc (Lea) asked any questions during your panel interview? I mentioned my interest but she was the only unit director that did not say anything other than when they all introduced themselves. But maybe they just rotate who asks questions and had pre-determined that before getting on the zoom I'm not sure

I took up 14 minutes by the time I was done asking my own questions and doing my final thank you, what about you?

There were 5 questions and it took around 11 minutes to get through my last answer before they opened it up to questions from me.

Does anyone know how many people the OR is hiring?

I ended up having around 1:45 left on the timer by the time we ended our meeting  I heard you got a call for third round of interviews congrats!! I’m taking it as I didn’t get into third rounds so hopeful that mission bay goes well. Was it the unit manager that contacted you?
