UCSF MEPN 2022

Published

I applied for UCSF MEPN for 2022! Anyone else going crazy waiting for an interview invite? Has anyone gotten an interview invite?

So I’m in a graduate admissions group and the supervisor (who sits on admissions boards) told me I should email them and let them know that UCSF is my first choice, but since I have other deadlines for schools I may not be able to attend with the delay. perhaps we could all do that

thank you for this -- I think that's a great idea and would put fair pressure on them to decide.

its been a month since we interviewed how will they even remember us to choose who makes the admission and who doesnt? this shouldve been done a month ago when it was fresh on their minds

Agree. It makes me think that interview is not the only criteria for admission decision but all application parts are. Still, application deadline was sept 13 and it is beyond delayed decision. my other schools with the same deadlines or later deadlines made their decision much earlier than this. I am wondering what makes them to dwell on decision making process.

Everyone needs to call and tell them they have other schools waiting on them. THIS IS F******g ridiculous

I will be emailing tonight. I have deadlines. Enough is enough

who are you all emailing? will that really even help though

I am legitimately shocked that the program is starting in June and we turned in this application months before other schools and they are now delaying another week?!

It would be funny if they end up sending us the decisions by 5pm today.?

If one of us does, likely no. If a group of us emails, I hope it's a realization that taking this long with little to no communication is unacceptable. We stick to the deadlines they give us and should be able to expect that in return -- with reasonable "life happens-ness", which we're way past.

It seems worth a shot.

I just called and she said next week and no pushing the start date but I let them know that they're being unprofessional as a top ranked school SMH

Awesome. I already called but I’ll email nursingadmissionssupport as well

They need to push the start date, people need time to make these major changes. We’ve been abiding to all their rules and now they need to be flexible with us.

I am mainly concerned about the financial aid deadline
