UCSF Medical Center New Grad Residency 2019

UCSF hasn’t updated their RN training program page yet. Applications are rumored to be opening sometime in the next month or two. We can all keep eachother updated. What units are you all applying to?

Any word on the Children's Hospital? Have all of the units finished calling their potentials?

I believe most have concluded all of their initial interviews. I had my interview for the ICN, PICU, and Peds Med Surg next week!

Did the PICU tell you when we’re supposed to hear back from them/ if they do 2nd interviews?

I was told for we would know their decisions for PICU maybe mid July, but because people in the unit will be out of town in July- it could be later

I did two interviews in one day for PICU because people were leaving out of town. My interview took roughly 3 hours due to both being back to back. They informed me at the end that the next step would be either and offer or not

Yes same with me! Longest interview I’ve had! I forgot to ask when we’d hear though.
