I was thinking that after the few months of classes/training we will be on the floor. That's my guess but I'm not sure!

It's probably a typo or they forgot to change the application for this cycle. Their New Grad webinar stated that the start date is August 8th.

no LORs, if selected for an interview then they'll ask for 5 references and send a skills survey to them.
