UCSD New Grad Residency November 2023

Hello! I know it's a little early, but I just wanted to start a thread for UCSD's New Grad Nurse Residency program that's set to start in November 2023. It looks like there is going to be a webinar on June 7th, and applications will start on (or after) June 16th.

it's dated the 31st so it changed yesterday and I got the call about the interview on Wednesday

Has anyone else gotten interviews besides mother baby unit?

If you haven't checked your email, Invites will be extended until 9/8. Interviews will completed by 9/22

does anyone know the actual start date? I know it starts in November but is there a specific date? or is it dependent on the unit?

Well I have written down November 13 but I don't know where I saw that and it really could be unit specific. Sorry it's not a definitive answer but hopefully it's close to the actual day ?

It says November 13 on the application

November 13. All units start the same time because regardless of where you're placed we will all do the classes together as part of the Nov 2023 cohort.

I got a call for an OR position on Friday (Sept 1), and my status hasn't changed yet.

Any update from any other units? I know the email says the 8th but I feel like its probs gonna be pushed a bit more
