UCONN CEIN 2016

Hi everyone! I thought I would start this thread to see who is or will be applying for UCONN's CEIN 2016 accelerated nursing program! I am new to this board, but read several threads from last year and learned a lot about the program and application process. It would be great to hear from others who are in the same boat as me. :)

Waterbury was my first choice. Stamford is my second. Praying I'm getting into Waterbury! What about you?

I hope you get your first choice! So when they called you they didn't tell you which campus you got into?

Stamford is my first choice and Avery Point was my second. I am really hoping I get into Stamford because it is close to where I live.

No they didn't. I told them I would prefer Waterbury if I could get in there, if not I would take Stamford. She just said okay I'll let the directors know congratulations you will be receiving your letter by the end of next week.

That is awesome! At least you know you are in and you can relax. I'm still checking the mail like a psycho lol. Let us know when you get your letter. Maybe I'll see you in Stamford. :)

RNlady, I also meant to ask you when did you submit your completed application for the June deadline?

I had everything submitted the beginning of June except one academic reference which was received on the deadline!

Just received my acceptance letter to Storrs today!! I can't wait for January, good luck to everyone else who applied for the June 30th deadline!

Congrats RPN!!

I recieved my acceptance letter today also!! I will be at the Stamford campus. I am so excited and can't wait to start in January! GL to those who are still waiting on a decision!

Hey guys!! Just received my acceptance letter to Waterbury!!!! There's a mandatory meeting at storrs in the fall can't wait to meet everyone who I will be spending a very hard year with!!!!

I can't wait to meet you all . Just found out I've been accepted. congratulations! What a journey it has been thus far. Looking forward to January.
