UConn CEIN/BS 2017

Hi all,

I saw a great thread from last year about UConn's 2016 CEIN/BS applicant pool and thought I'd start a new thread for applicants in the 2017 cycle.

I applied for the January 31st deadline. Based on everything I read on last year's thread, I'm thinking I'll hear back anytime between the first week of March and the last week of April - trying to stay patient! I am still working on 2 prerequisite courses but they should be done at the end of March. We'll see how the outstanding courses may affect my decision date. Stamford is my first choice for campus since I currently live/work in NYC and it's not too far away from where I currently am.

I'm excited to hear from anyone else applying to the program and what your application experience is like. Good luck to everyone!

I got my acceptance letter today! I'm going to Storrs. Congrats to those of you who have been accepted and hoping for the best for everyone else! I'm excited to meet everyone

I'm going to Storrs, too, congratulations! I'm excited to meet everyone as well. Do you think we should start a Facebook group for everyone accepted (all campuses) and then August admits can join later??

For those who received letters did you send back the confirmation of acceptance in the enclosed envelope? It has a different address than the one listed at thebottom of the letter so I am unsure.I tried emailing but havent heard back yet. I want to get it in the mail today. Thanks for any info you might have!!

I put it in the envelope provided and sent it back. Honestly, I didn't even notice that the addresses were different...

Hi everyone! I applied to this program for the June 30th deadline as well with Storrs as my first choice. I just wanted to let anyone who hasn't heard yet know that I called yesterday and there are several acceptance letters that have still not been sent out per the woman I spoke to in

admissions. She said that some people will still be getting letters next week. Also, she said there are still spots open for Storrs. I have been so

anxious waiting to hear back so I just wanted to give anyone who may still be waiting some peace of mind! The lady told me I have been

accepted but wasn't able to tell me which campus.. crossing my fingers for Storrs! Congrats to everyone who has already been accepted!!
