Hi everyone! I wanted to make a forum to connect anyone that is applying for UCLA's new grad program starting this summer! Post below if you're interested in applying and which units you're interested in. I'm thinking about SICU, oncology, and the OR.

For anyone who got a reference check email, bug your references to finish it quickly because they don't review them until all your reference complete the survey. My references all completed the form and a few days later I got a call from HR with an offer for the CTICU! I asked them when all the job offers would go out and they said it could be a while so don't freak out if you haven't heard yet! Good luck everyone!!

When did you interview? I also interviewed for CTICU and only have one remaining reference, so that is great to know I could possibly hear back quickly!

I'm wondering if the reference checks for departments are slowly trickling out? Maybe they're doing certain departments/units at a time. Because I interviewed for oncology on may 11 and myself and two other oncology people have yet to be contacted. This is just my wishful thinking...

Please let me know as soon as you hear anything! I will do the same :/ I'm really hoping they just haven't come around to sending out the oncology reference checks out...

my job status on the UCLA health careers website still says "routed to interview supervisor". What does your's say?
