Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2025 Cohort at UCLA. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

The application opened up today 09/06! Good luck to all of us ❤️

Applied for the adult ICU & MICU on 9/6 & haven't gotten any updates or emails. kinda starting to panic here LOL. is anyone having the same experience

I applied on the last day and also haven't had any updates! It's also making me nervous!

Did anyone apply to west Valley/ Santa Monica ICU? And get a hired to manager ? Stressing, I applied the 9th to west valley and liver ICU

Anyone applied to the OR or ambulatory care received any updates?

I think it's too early to get nervous. In the webinar they said they will be conducting interviews in November.

I applied to OR and the only update I got was that it was forwarded to the hiring manager and now in my portal my application says "in review"  . I saw someone else applied to PACU ( possibly ambulatory) and their application was forwarded to the hiring manager too

Yes, I applied for ambulatory PACU and I was forwarded to hiring manager (I also applied for medsurg tele, but the email didn't say which unit my app was sent to)

does anyone know when they'll be conducting the interviews and if they will be in person or virtual?

In the webinar they said it would be in November. I think they are both virtual and in person.
