I included a linkedin web address, summary, work experience, education with clinical experience listed with my program, certifications, and awards.

has anyone received any further emails or a phone call after their status has changed from submitted to in review, or is it just a waiting game from that point?

I finally got a "sent to hiring manager email". I was stressed but one good sign for now

It's just a waiting game at this point 😔 If we get chosen for an interview, we should start receiving an email from HR this month about scheduling an interview!

I still don't have my license im planning on taking the exam around November. Has anyone not gotten their license yet? Do you think having it makes you a stronger candidate? I know a license isn't needed until the program starts but I'm curious what others think

Just curious, does anyone know how many candidates ucla typically hires per cohort? There were quite a few different units that were participating and I wonder if it's around 1-2 hired per unit.

I was notified that my application was forwarded to the hiring manager on Sep. 24. Does anyone know how long it takes to get an interview email after getting your application forwarded? Has anyone gotten an interview date yet?

Ofc im not 100% sure but I really don't think that they would take that into account since their website specifially states that as long as you have your license by time of hire, you would be considered. I have my license but I don't think that makes me any stronger a candidate than those without one yet!

don't have an exact timeline but from previous threads, I noticed that ppl were getting emails about a little after a month after the application close date. For example, last cohort app closed on 3/11 and ppl were saying they got invitations on 4/19.
