I can honestly say Southern California Culver City was the most disorganized new grad job fair I have been to. The departments there didn't even want to take the resumes of the candidates and some heads of the departments showed up late. I interviewed with the Head of Education and she wasn't even sure I should be talking to her. They just gave me to her because they were overwhelmed. If you are hired for a new grad position here good luck. I hear they are going bankrupt and have a hard time paying the bills. I would suggest holding out for a place with more and better resources.

For those who applied to ER do you have your PALS? I was hoping that cert would just be required by start date

I feel like all the units have different dates but in general we should know no later than mid December so it's best to not worry and enjoy the next couple weeks and try not to stress.

Hi, I'm internal so I just looked them up OK my email but UCLA has a pretty extensive directory. If you type in the name they usually will pop up with their email and dept.

I interviewed for the ER and felt like I couldn't read their vibe. I feel kind of up in the air about it. But just send a thank you email and keep pushing. Cedars opened and other places will open soon. It's not over until they say it is you just may have done better than you thought

Commenting to stay in the loop. Currently waiting for my recommenders to send their letters. Has anyone heard if they close the application before the cutoff if there's too many applicants?
