for those of you that got positions, can i please ask what your online status was prior to your offer?

Mine said in review and still says in review until I accept the offer... ;)

I asked the contacts that I was given if they knew when to expect to hear about a decision...but I've heard nothing back. And HR just said hang tight. So that's what I'll do. I didn't want to be a pest either, but I figured 4 or 5 weeks after the interviews, it couldn't hurt to show continued interest.:)

I wish you all the luck, let me know if you hear anything and I'll do the same! It is so nice to finally have someone to talk to who is in a similar situation.:D

Good idea and thanks Sassafrass44! I wish you all the best too! I will definitely let you know if I hear anything, and hope you will do the same.... Yes, much more reassuring that there are more people than just myself in the same exact situation. Just would like to hear soon..... :)

Congrats! Which hospital and which unit Coffelady? I am waiting to hear from Adult ICU in Santa Monica and I am wondering if somebody from other units in SM have received offers.

my first interview was on May21

my second interview was on Jun 18

I was offered a job yesterday.

unit: Santa Monica Oncology (4SW)

I dont know if anyone else is on that unit because I haven't seen people talk about oncology too much on here

my status still says in review, but it now also says "offer accepted"

Sounds like they already made offers for cticu and are waiting for everyone to accept or decline? Not sure....yikes

When I spoke with HR, they said that all positions must be filled so you're right about waiting for everyone to accept or decline! Pretty much, if someone declines, they go back to the UD and ask who should they extend the offer out to next :)

I wonder if those who have not heard yet for NTICU are in the same boat as CTICU then? Just waiting to see if others accept offers or not?

I spoke with HR again and they said calls are still ongoing until next week. BUT they also said that, for example in our case, NTICU might have filled out all their positions (entirely theoretical - they can't tell us what units are full already) and we won't be notified until all other unit positions have been filled. Long story short, every applicant who wasn't chosen this cohort will be sent a mass e-mail :sorry:
