Got the email from HR regarding all the paperwork to fill out. I also was able to contact Occupational Health to schedule my physical and my new hire session is July 19th! Its all happening so fast now which is super exciting. My UD also called to let me know the PICU will start a few days earlier on August 9th
does anyone here know if hotel expenses for physical and new hire session included in relocation assistance? thanks.

Anyone else hear from HR? Still waiting for new hire info.
I called last week. Pertaining to Santa Monica- we should hear something super soon. They are waiting on the managers to give HR a list of new hires. crossing fingers its sooner rather than later!
First, I got a call from the PICU manager saying I'd be hearing something. Then I got an email from HR saying that I'd be getting an email within 2 days for the onboarding process, which I did. The email also told me to make my appt for a physical and gave me my appt for my new hire session. There is like a checklist of 30 things to either read or complete prior to your new hire session. Most are things to read on benefits and such. PICU starts on aug 9 so they have us getting things completed quickly
anyone else here going to July 20th new hire session?

So, I found out that I didn't get the job in NICU like months ago. Then today I got an email from HR saying that I needed to do my premployment paperwork and livescan. Confused???
