nticu candidates: i received email earlier in week saying she would get back to me about what's available for 2nd interview. wondering if anyone has received anything more specific? better yet, has anyone actually done the 2nd? any feedback would be appreciated. thanks!

Thanks for doing this, Jayelle! I just got an email from her today, actually. My interview is scheduled for the first week of May! Pretty nervous! Does anyone have any idea what to expect for this interview? Or does anyone know how many new grads she will hire?

During my interview I asked how many positions she had available, she told me 10. She is unsure how many spots are available for new grads, because she is also interviewing experienced med/surg nurses for the 10 open positions as well.

I got an email from her today saying that the days I gave her for next week don't work for her. So I emailed her back and gave her dates for the following week which is the first week of May. Hopefully, I hear from her tomorrow and get this interview scheduled!

got an email today for 2nd interview on wednesday. ahhhh! soo nervous. oh maan. i really wish those 10 spots were just for new grads. =/ it means we have to try even harder to stand out against them.

practicing behavior questions? reading over neuro and meds? researching the hospital more and the unit?

Do any of the NTICU candidates on this forum have experience in the NTICU? Just trying to formulate what she will be talking with us next interview about? what types of behavior questions are you going through? Not familiar with that kind of interview.

How exciting!! Good luck bayareastudent!! :) I'm really not sure what to expect so I've just been going through basically everything that you listed. Do you think they will ask us many behavioral/situational questions?
