When I interviewed they told me they are not allowed to send offers until December because they notify everyone as a whole because it is a nurse residency program and not stand alone positions. I think it's safe to say whoever was "offered" was a troll, especially considering they never responded when asked what unit they were offered for. 

Yeah that's why I was shocked... UNLESS they got rejected before official offers are sent in December? Maybe if they were weeding out?

I was referring to the person that said they already got an offer! Maybe the other person that got rejected did get rejected? As you said they could be weeding people out especially if there were a lot interviewing for a unit. It's just confusing that someone said they got an offer and then went silent about any specifics. You'd think they'd be excited and want to share!

Well congratulations!! My interviewers told me I wouldn't find out until December. I wish they would all be on the same page instead of giving conflicting information.

Last Monday for the interview and received offer thurs night

Okay so it looks like it's a unit-by-unit basis. That's why they say December 8th is the last day for offers
