What units did everyone apply for? They made it sound during the information session that most people do not get their first choice for interviews.

I believe I applied to the neonatal ICU! When should we start hearing if we've been moved onto the initial interviews? I know they mentioned that the initial interviews will be in November right?

I applied to NICU last round but ended up being interviewed by the regular peds department. this time I just went with peds and hope to get placed in any pediatric unit possible ?

Did you have your preceptorship in NICU? I wonder how they choose who gets interviews! It's sooo stressful ?

Judging by the previous Spring Cohort, it looks like the following will occur:

Notification of application will be forwarded to the hiring manager at the beginning of October

The entire month of November (specifically the first two and a half weeks) are the interviews

The last Day Offer to accept will be Early December

February has the onboarding, and March is the start of our training

no I didn't I just had clinical hours in several NICUs! I was also working at ucla at the time and did my preceptorship at ucla in another unit..had I wanted to work on my unit I def would've had a job by now but I was being choosey ?
