If you don't mind me asking... what kinda of ICU experience do you have?
I applied to the same units and I don't have any experience at all...

I dont have any ICU experience.

My status has been the same since March 9, 2011. It says application received/ under review. I check everyday but no changes. Last class I was waitlisted but I applied on the first day this time around right when the posting went up on the site.

mhmm well yea mine says application/all documents received with no status change since March 10. Hope things work out well for you.

I applied for Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, and Adult ICU (cant remember the last one. I have not checked my status. I will check right now.
Ok just checked and it says "We have contacted you for an interview". So, I guess it did not change. Thanks for everything and good luck to you too!

YAY!!!! When is your interview? And is it with the RN recruiter?? HOW EXCITING!!!! I have floated to the Neuro ICU as a Care Partner before and the staff is AMAZINGLY NICE and very helpful towards each other. Good luck and I hope you get your first choice :)

I just got contacted to schedule an appt on the 11th for an in person interview. The lady told me the interview is for the cardiothoracic icu, which is my first choice. For those who are curious, I applied on the first day within the first hour and my last name starts with a "C."

I thought I did reeeeally bad for my phone interview and it only lasted for 30 mins. So for those of you who think you did really bad, don't give up hope yet. Stay positive!!!

Hi Nursechau, I applied in the first hour, and got my talent interview on the 17th. When did you do yours? Just trying to gage if there is some sort of time line..that is very encouraging that you got your first choice. Also are you a BSN? Thanks and cheers!!
