I got the email too! I was so excited, at first I thought it was a rejection e-mail, but then I was pleasantly surprised! Good luck to everyone and hopefully we all get interviews too!

So UCLA will sent the link next week?
Also will there be additional talent Plus phone interview?

I have so many references that I forgot which ones I uploaded to my application. Do we have to use the same references when they send the link? I can't find info on references in my profile.

OMG IM SOOOO EXCITED! I just sent out my references! OMG OMG! I made it to the next step. Did you guys get to read the sample survey? It asks your references about things you need to improve on, if they'd work with you again, etc,...

I don't think the next step is a phone interview. I think it's the actual face to face interview. The process seems completely different than in previous new grad application processes. My aunt went to visit UCLA and tour the medical center and the nurses there that gave her a tour told her the process that they went through and this is totally different. Could it be that this is just a shortened version of previous applicant weeding?
Wait! I received the email telling me to expect an email from the survey company but I haven't received that email.....
