Wednesday, November 9th - ICU and ER

Thursday, November 10th - PICU/NICU/L and D/Pediatrics

Tuesday, November 15th - Med/Surg and Psych

I think I read that at least 3 need to respond to make the "report" that is processed with the reference answers.

Anyone know how long before UCLA actually takes a look at the reference reports? I know everyone is receiving the link at different times, so I just wonder how the sort through the process...

I'm guessing pretty soon because the first interview is on November 9th and there are people from other states applying to the program. They need to give us time to prepare for the trip in case they call us.

I'm in the same boat as RNNicu42, 4 out of 5 of my references have completed the survey. I'm not sure that the fifth will be able to do it, as she apparently is out of the country. Do you guys think that we should call UCLA and let them know about our fifth reference? Or do you think its ok?

As long as 2-3 respond it doesn't matter how many you put 4 or 5...i called and asked..as stated before if a person doesn't respond it does not prevent the process from moving forward

Does anyone know if they allow phone or Skype interviews for out of state applicants? My permanent address is technically in Orange County (not like that matters though!) but I am in my last semester of nursing school in Kentucky. Last minute plane tickets for my 2yo daughter and I would be quite expensive! I wish she was under 2 and could still fly free on my lap!

I just called to ask about interviews and when they will be calling..she said she couldn't give a specific time or day but "soon"

they're supposed to be sending the links up until today. some people received their links last saturday so there's a chance you mite get the link tomorrow.
