Could be. Mine is D.

I have 2 questions:

For those of you who have gotten the Skills Survey e-mail with the link, do you know what will be in the subject line for the e-mail they send to our references? I'd like to be able to tell my references what they should expect to see in their mailboxes.

And does anyone know if putting 4 references is a viable option for UCLA, or will they get annoyed at us for not following directions from their e-mail specifying 2-3?

Good luck to everyone out there!

i put the max amount of references skill survey allowed me to do. i dont think it's a bad thing. i dont have any previous experience outside of my clinical rotation so i need something to help me with the application process. good luck

Hey good luck everyone, just completed the skill survey reference list email. Any idea when they will be getting back to people about interview scheduling? WISHING EVERYONE LUCK!!!! :yeah:

I also got an email specifying this:

Thank you for your continued interest in UCLA Health System. An important part of the hiring process is reference checking. You will be receiving an email with a link to enter in your references: 5 total, of which 3 must be current or past managers/supervisors or 4 total for select positions.

Very confusing since I got an email that told me 2-3, then 4, then this says 5 or 4...

Anyhow, good luck everyone!!!

You got 2 emails? I only got one saying the 2-3.

For those who applied to UCLA's new grad program for summer 2011, and got through skills survey and interview but did not get the job...and now just applied to UCLA's winter new grad program and received an e-mail regarding the skills survey etc., don't hold onto your breath for your e-mail from skills survey because it wont come, and if it does, disregard it. If it was filled out during last application period, UCLA still has it on file.

Thought this would be of help, because this is my situation and can apply to others as well :-)

WishMeLuck,

I got one from the nurse recruiter, then 2 from SkillSurvey. I think as long as they receive 2-3 reference surveys they will be ok.

My references completed the survey already :) (5 in total)

Hi there!

That's not true! I still recived the email again, and I have to go through the same process no matter what! they don't keep anything in file.

Yay good luck to everyone!! Hopefully some of our phones will be ringing with some good news soon :) I just finished entering all of my references (5 total). And now it's time to play the waiting game (again!).

I don't think they're entering names by date you applied or last names. I got survey link yesterday afternoon, but I submitted my app literally the morning of the cutoff date. Also my last name is C.

Yeah there really seems to be no rhyme or reason the way they do things! Yay for those of you who already got your link and your references done!
