Hi everyone! Please share your experience, tips, updates, etc concerning UCLA's New Grad Residency beginning in March 2023.

Rotating is interesting since I’m a night person, I don’t like doing day shifts. But you get used to it! They each have their pros and cons, but overall I think it’s a good experience to do both!
and the new grad program in general, has been really good, at least on my unit (can’t speak for other units). Senior nurses and management are super supportive and it’s nice to work at a place where you’re valued and feel good about going into work every day. Overall, if you got good vibes from the management during your interview, it’s a good indicator of the culture in your unit!
Thanks for providing your experience and insight! It was really helpful !
And I spoke with a recruiter, and they stated the part-time mention was a mistake so they fixed it to full-time, thank you so much !
