  1. Congrats on the offer for the perinatal unit ! So far, your the only other person I know who also got an offer for the perinatal unit ! I will also be in the perinatal unit but at SM ! ? Have you heard about what the residency is like for the perinatal unit ? Also, are you following the fb group yet? I’d love to connect !
  2. Thanks for providing your experience and insight! It was really helpful ! And I spoke with a recruiter, and they stated the part-time mention was a mistake so they fixed it to full-time, thank you so much !
  3. Hey ! I will be on the SM perinatal unit, and my offer letter states I will be 12 hour shifts, and part time. I thought when you work 12s you generally work three 12s, or 36 hours per week which is full time. Does this mean I will only be working 24 hours per week or two 12 hour shifts a week ? does anyone else’s offer letter say they are part time ? also, how is it doing the rotating nights/days ? Im a little bit worried about it !
  4. Yes there is weekend differential. Night differential is $6.00. He mentioned that day weekend differential was $2.75, he didn’t mention the night differential I don’t think he could find the exact info at the time but there definitely is a weekend night diff if I’m assuming at-least 3.00. Also, I’m not sure what the rate is on your offer letters, but he said the base rate will be going up when we start in March.
  5. My offer letter did not mention any rotating shifts or possible relief shifts. I’m at SM, so it did mention I will be floating to RR sometimes. However, almost a week later I got the call from the recruiter who stated that the residency includes a mixture of rotating shifts, we could be working a mixture of days and nights ?‍? LOL and he did mention differentials over the phone.
  6. I can tell you that before I got my offer, there was not a change on my original application. Instead, a second application pops up that says “in progress” and the title is RN New Grad Residency with the unit name/location.
  7. Did anyone who got an offer actually get an email or call after accepting from a talent acquisition recruiter within 24-72 hours as mentioned in the offer letter ? I only got an email regarding the future zoom onboarding session.
  8. Congrats everyone on your offers ! anyone looking for a roomie ?or have a room that is available for rent ? I have to relocate closer to the area!
  9. For any of those who have already received offers would anyone like to start a facebook group for our cohort ? I’m not sure how to create one.
  10. Thank you everyone ! ☺️ and I interviewed for SM perinatal and only had one interview!
  11. I received an email with an offer letter about an hour after receiving the email !
  12. I received an email saying my application has been forwarded to the hiring managers for perinatal SM, and that if they want to move forward they will contact me for an interview. however I already had my interview a couple of weeks ago. I checked the status of my application, and my initial application closed. a new application opened that states Perinatal SM new Grad program in progress. Does anyone know what this means ?
  13. Nothing for me yet ! Good luck everyone, hopefully ppl start hearing back this week !
  14. Hopefully after Thanksgiving they start sending out offers !
  15. Hello there I’m wondering if anyone submitted proof of completing the pain module and the diversity module? I saw that for the diversity modules it says “you may be requested to submit proof of completion.” But I saw nowhere to upload it and was not asked to.
