Wow I'm really surprised how long this whole process takes. Just curious - How long has it been since you had your interviews?

I interviewed on 11/30 for 7W. Still no update.

Interviewed 11/28 and the UD said I should hear back the second week of December and haven't heard anything. Seems like forever :(

I called HR today but was unable to reach the recruiter.

Same thing here. I called and was transferred to recruitment then transferred to the woman who sent our emails, who never answered. I emailed her and haven't received a response :(

Its possible but unlikely. If anything, they should only be finalizing the candidates.

According to the timeline, they shouldn't be anymore (unless there was a situation like someone explained where a candidate was unable to attend their scheduled interview date). I know some units call you personally before HR sends out the offer but no one has received either a rejection or offer :( The wait is killing me!
