Hey guys! I also applied and chose Surgical ICU and Cardiothoracic ICU. I was surprised with the lack of Med-Surg or Tele units available for this program.

Have you guys applied to any other residency programs or know of any opening up soon?

Also, are you guys from Cali or out of state?

Hey everyone! I also applied for the residency program. I chose Santa Monica General ICU as my first choice and med-surg as my last choice.

Hey dggs33. I didn't see surgical ICU or Cardiothoracic ICU as choices, it just said general ICU when i applied.. just curious, when did you apply?

I applied the first day. It's for Ronald Reagan SICU/ Cardiothoracic ICU. Was Ronald Reagan not an option and only Santa Monica?

Berniex312 I went to apply the first day too and the only had Santa Monica unit choices, I didn't end up applying that day. When I went to apply later in the week they had Santa Monica and Ronald Reagan units available, so maybe they added the other units after...?

You guys scared me so I double checked my application haha. I applied to SICU and Cardiothoracic ICU at Ronald Reagan but I wonder why only Santa Monica showed up for some of you? Maybe an issue with the application?
