I just recently turned in my application for UCLA's MSN/FNP program. Has anyone else applied?

Yeah I definitely know my weakest application point is my lack of experience. I am waiting on Emory and Hopkins - I was accepted to Vanderbilt, so at least I'm going somewhere!

HI!!! I just found this thread after getting accepted to UCLA FNP for Fall 2015! I'm so glad they sent out their decisions way before they said they would!! I was looking for a facebook group but couldn't find it. Does someone have to invite me? I also have to take a physical assessment class over the summer. Is anyone else taking it? can't wait to meet all of you!! :)

Congratulations on being accepted!! I also got accepted. I created a FB group and its under "UCLA MSN/APN 2015 Cohort. Once you find it, add yourself to the group and I'll accept the request.

For the ones who got accepted, did your letters say when you have to respond by? I haven't seen a due date to submit the SIR.

I GOT IN!!!!! Ever since the acceptance notices were sent out on Saturday I've been checking my status every hour, and my status was always in the "no decision has been made.." mode and 30 minutes ago I checked and I got the link to my acceptance letter!

I did not receive an email to check my status. For those who haven't heard anything, don't lose hope.

Hey all!! I checked my email today and I'm accepted to the FNP program! I have about 2.5 years working in a community clinic.

I did and just heard back last Monday. I got in. Have to retake Human phys and assessment course as well :( lol

Where is everyone planning to take the physiology course? I was going to do it through the UC Berkeley extension but I just saw that UCLA has an extension course also.

I just completed Physio through UCLA extension - Foundations in Human Physiology (Online) X 452.6 with Dr. Judith Halle. Good class!

I just sent my request to take the Physical Assessment class - Lab A.
