Hello all, I'm preparing to apply to UCLA's Master's Entry Clinical Nurse (MECN) program, and so have decided to start a thread for others that planning to also apply and/or interested.
Taking into consideration that admissions begin September 1, 2017 and end on November 1, 2017, this conversation will hopefully progress from now (the lead up) through the time of notification for acceptance/denial/waitlist (between February and April 2018).
In the meantime, is anyone planning to attend any of the upcoming information sessions?
My last name starts with T also. I am just praying that they haven't gotten to us yet. I was able to login but still get the message "You will soon be contacted by someone....". Ugh! This is awful!!!!
Has anyone else who received an email from RF on Monday that they were recommended to the Graduate Department, have NOT received their official acceptance letter from the Graduate Department? I'm getting kinda scared -___-
I JUST got an email that said a decision had been made, but then when I logged into the portal, there was no decision it just said "you should be hearing soon"
I just received an email from "UCLA application decision" saying "a faculty committee has made a decision..." and to view the decision on my portal. I checked it and nothing has changed. I still have the "you should soon be hearing."
i'm guessing since we all got it at the same time, it's the rejection letter!
I got the same letter too...at 1:48 PST. I tried calling but nobody picked up. I agree they are really drawing this out. At this point, I just want closure as well. Sigh...

@popkern ahh congrats!! my #1 choice was davis, but I'm waitlist (ugh haha) but that's an amazing school!
