UCF 2015 FALL BSN traditional program

Published

Hello, I plan on applying to UCF's traditional BSN program in the fall of 2015. Although there is still some time before the application period begins I wanted to start this thread to get the ball rolling for all of us that plan on applying. Also I wanted to see what the application pool is looking like for this cycle in regards to stats. Mine go as this:

Cum. GPA: 3.73

Pre. Req. GPA: 3.84

as for the teas I take it next month

(Wish me luck I've been studying a lot for it, so if u have any tips feel free..lol)

Hope to be hearing back from some of you prospective students with your stats, questions/comments w.e it may be :)

P.s. past students that want to share their experience with the UCF program so far, are also welcome :)

Just a little over a month!!

I'm moving into a 2/2! So I get my own room and bathroom and only have to worry about one random person being annoying but still get some socialization when I'm there. Currently in a 4/2 with terrible room mates so it's a big step up for me. Soooo ready to move.

I actually live in the Sanford area and will commute. I am married with two children :)

Yeah I live around Winter Springs/Casselberry myself and will commute. I have those pesky child/man/house stuff out here as well :cheeky:. I do however hope everything goes smoothly with the dorm rooming for you guys! I hear it can be a pain sometimes.

Finally marked as eligible!

If I do go to UCF, I will definitely need to find a roommate(s) and an apartment. I'm in Tallahassee right now... it stresses me just thinking about it.

Did you all get the BSN Alternatives email? It says that decisions will not go out until early April. One.... more.... month....

Beyond excited and nervous! Last year was the 9th so I'm assuming it'll be around that date again.

I saw it as well. I'm going forward with my Valencia summer term ASN program compliance stuff... Both options are amazing but I don't want to put all my nursing school eggs in the one UCF basket and risk being left in the cold haha. If UCF accepts me I'll have a little time to decide whether or not to pull out with Valencia. This waiting is mind numbing!

Agreed! I'm also applying to the ssc/UCF concurrent program, hoping for UCF but preparing for the worst case scenario!

Hi all- I am new to the thread! Playing the waiting game as well.. Eptnurse I am also in tallahassee trying to get into UCF's nursing program! Good luck to all, fingers crossed. Check my email all the time!

One. More. Month.

We can do it, guys.

Woo getlikeamy. Are you at TCC?

No I go to FSU. But I didn't get into their nursing school! :( just waiting to hear back from fau, fiu, and ucf now.
