UCF ABSN 2021

I haven't seen a thread for this application cycle yet, so thought I'd start one.

In the email they sent me, it says that they want the interviews for scholarships to be done no later than march 2nd. So I'm speculating that it would be sensible for decisions to come out today. I think it would be odd if they waited days after the interview deadline to know if people are even in the program.

Can somebody let us know in here as soon as they get their decision ? I turned notifs off because im gonna be at work and I want to open it alone

I hope you get things worked out though!! Not your fault at all, and I hope that you do get in and have some peace with things soon (maybe even tomorrow for UF!).

Seriously! For as much as they stress being on top of communication & getting things done in a timely manner, it's been such a pain emailing/calling over the last two weeks when no one can even tell me where my transcript is LOL. My last pre-req is still 'in progress' and 'denied' on the app portal, so I'm taking the L. Hopefully I get in somewhere else ?‍♀️

I feel both of you. During this process I have definitely learned UCF sucks at communicating and makes everything so much more difficult. It isn’t my first choice either. The other schools I am applying to have been so transparent and awesome.

Honestly, it’s the same every where FIU communication was poor and FAU and some others. UF is really good at communicating. Your tried calling them instead. What are your back ups

I was also invited for an interview! Hopefully this is a good sign in regards to hearing about decisions soon!

Oh absolutely. I call twice a day and follow up with an email ? I have no problem being the "squeaky wheel," but this is ridiculous. I live in Orlando, & I'm trying to not relocate, so either UCF traditional, SSC, or Valencia concurrent is ideal, but still waiting to hear from UF, USF. Also will be applying to FIU this coming app cycle, just in case.

OMG that’s is bad and sorry that sucks. Let me know about FIU I got denied my GPA was not high enough against my candidates. I heard great things from USF when will they let you know ? I live in S Florida and same not trying to relocate either but hey.
