Yeah, that is absolutely ridiculous I’d be very upset. It isn’t your fault and it’s very unfortunate. They should have told you sooner. I’m glad you applied other school too because that is just crazy. It does probably happen often tho:/ let us know if they can accommodate you!

I had the same issue. Maybe a test of if I'm ready for nursing school or not, but it seemed like way too much effort to fight with them over my pre-req completion. UCF has been a bit of a nightmare to work with, so in a way I'm glad that they did me the service of just denying me.

I hope you get things worked out though!! Not your fault at all, and I hope that you do get in and have some peace with things soon (maybe even tomorrow for UF!).

:(((( No, actually! They approved my petition, but I guess forgot about it because they marked me down as not completing some of the courses that they approved my petition for ?‍♀️

Awwwww I'm so sorry to hear this. That doesn't seem very fair. Maybe you could still get it resolved? Regardless, I am sure you will find yourself in the perfect program very soon without having to jump through all these crazy hoops.

Did anyone get an interview for the Helene Fuld scholarship? I got the email requesting me make an appointment, but I checked my UCF portal and it hasn't posted a decision yet. Wondering if this is a glitch. ?

Aww thanks! It was sent by the advisor with initials D-M (don't want my comment to get flagged if I name drop someone) and the subject line was "helene fuld scholarship interview opportunity". It was sent today 11:26 and I just noticed it now!

Does anybody know when previous years have been asked to interview for the scholarship? I just wish we would know when we would find out our decision! Last year they were “eligible” the 21st and find out the 28th, but the year before that they were changed to eligible on the 14th and didn't find out until march 8th!! I couldn’t find the day they were asked to interview for the scholarship in either thread tho! I’m so impatient since it’s getting closer to decision time!!
